I am not sure where I should start with my concern as I have not been able to find a home page for Caribbean Jewellers. I purchased a ring at a Caribbean Jeweller in Juneau, Alaska while on a cruise. After we left Juneau a couple of diamonds fell out of my ring and were lost. I contacted the store and they assured me that I could get a different ring if I returned the original to them. I sent my ring back to them and also insured it for $1000.00. I have contacted them 5 times and they keep telling me that they will send me pictures of rings that I can choose from to replace the one that was defective. I am very disappointed because I am not receiving any pictures….so now they have my money and the ring. Please help me resolve this issue or direct me as to what I should do next.
